Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our clients team in Al-Ayn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first impression of the company.
- Managing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and forwarding messages in both Arabic and English.
- Scheduling appointments and ensuring timely updates to clients.
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Directing customers to the appropriate department or person, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Providing information to clients regarding services and processes.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools).
