About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Alfardan Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.
  • Customer Experience: Apply the Alfardan Signature Customer Experience (AFSCE) standard in all business transactions to elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quality and Service: Maintain high-quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, and creating a memorable experience for clients.
  • Professional Development: Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, and establish personal networks to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Operational Support: Handle stock transfer and other operational tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
