About the Role:

Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, working closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring timely and efficient completion of sales transactions.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, ensuring that our sales strategies remain competitive and effective.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and tactics, working together to achieve business objectives.
  9. Professional Development: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying current with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
