Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive at AL Rostamani Group LLC is pivotal in driving our sales initiatives and aligning with the overall sales strategy to achieve the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Alignment: Ensure adherence to the sales strategy while meeting the organization's objectives.
  • Performance Accountability: Create innovative solutions to meet sales targets regardless of prevailing circumstances, ensuring compliance with established sales procedures.
  • Account Management: Develop and implement systematic approaches to manage and grow client accounts profitably.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct vulnerability assessments of our market position relative to competitors, ensuring client needs are central to our solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies, including management of product pricing and profit margins.
  • Promotional Activities: Plan and implement targeted marketing programs for specific customer segments.
  • Client Engagement: Manage account relationships, focusing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Market Expansion: Drive market development and penetration within existing accounts while seeking new opportunities.
  • Vendor Relations: Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring targets and quotas are met.
  • Negotiation: Engage with vendors on product offerings, pricing, marketing initiatives, and technical support.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with new vendors to foster portfolio growth.
  • Operational Management: Handle operational aspects including inventory management, vendor rebates, and marketing funds.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage product life cycles and pre-sales architecting for significant orders.
  • Sales Tools Utilization: Leverage sales tools and methodologies to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish lasting relationships while understanding the client's industry and business strategy to identify future opportunities.
  • Client Satisfaction: Drive client satisfaction throughout the buying process, ensuring coordination of commercial agreements and achieving revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Sales, Business Unit Managers, and project teams to support product marketing and supplier coordination.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the line manager that fall within the scope of work.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field is required; an MBA is a plus.
