About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at myGwork. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation in the Government sector, leveraging your technical background and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the Government sector, with a focus on UAE federal Government.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior Government decision makers, articulating the value proposition of Microsoft solutions and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead and drive the sales cycle, orchestrating virtual selling teams as needed, and leveraging repeatable offerings to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to anticipate and address emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of Government customers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the Government sector, including UAE government.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving digital transformation wins.
  • Executive maturity and presence, with the ability to build trust with senior Government decision makers.
  • Strong technical background across Microsoft solution areas.
