Job Description

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development activities with EPCs clients in the Oil & Gas industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth with key EPCs clients in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs clients and contractors at all levels, including technical and commercial.
  • Assist in developing a strategic plan for EPCs accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
  • Engage with current and potential customers to understand their needs and build strategic relationships.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with assigned key accounts within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Negotiate skills and support contract closing activities.
  • Expand business opportunities in oil & gas to the market and implement strategies for expanding revenue and expanding the company's customer penetration in UAE.
  • Work closely with Service lines, Sales, and marketing and commercial teams in putting a winning strategy and provide a value-driven proposal.
  • Develop new business relationships and generate revenue.
  • Develop new markets by establishing business development relations; understand the client's need and present the company's services.
  • Early engagement with clients to understand their challenges and issues and convert them into opportunities.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge in EPCs business cultures within the Oil & Gas market.
  • Early engagement with the client's strategic projects in order to provide a value-based approach.
  • Develop a short-term and long-term planning for the strategic account.
  • Manage major EPC projects and tenders in the Oil & Gas business by resolving any technical concerns.
  • Monitoring oil and gas projects in the region.
  • Monitor sales process and develop the market/business with EPCs in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Establish client relations with EPCs and PMCs through presentations, meetings, trade shows, seminars, follow-up marketing-generated leads and opportunities.
  • Understanding of the Oil & Gas tenders and make the bid preparation, sales contracts, and handling EPCs key accounts.
  • Provide updates on competitor activities and intelligence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 7 years related experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven track record in Business development and Key account Management positions within EPCs & Oil & Gas industry in-depth knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector including upstream and downstream.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas is a must.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
