About the Job Description
This role involves supervising front office departments, developing budgets and staffing plans, training staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. We require a highly organized and skilled individual with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
About Your Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in a front office or guest services management role within a luxury hotel. Proficiency in Opera PMS, ALICE, and SAGA is advantageous, as is fluency in English (both oral and written), with additional language skills being a plus. Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws pertaining to hotel operations is also essential.
