We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Limited.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned front office professional to supervise and manage our hotel's front office operations, ensuring efficient and seamless guest service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office role. They should have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, optimizing front office operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Main Responsibilities- Front Office Operations:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, accurate billing, and seamless guest service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective procedures to minimize errors and optimize guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate a team of front office staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent guest service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and excellence throughout the department.
- Guest Service and Satisfaction:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and proactive issue resolution.
- Monitor and address guest complaints and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent guest service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize front office operations.
