Hotel Front Office Manager

This position is responsible for managing the front office operations of a luxury hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Engage with guests to build personal relationships and resolve any complaints.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure a positive first impression.
- Help prepare budgets and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Train team members on PBX procedures and lead during emergencies or crises.
