Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bell Attendant to join our team at Novotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

  1. Guest Welcome and Assistance: Greet guests warmly and assist with their luggage, packages, and other personal items.
  2. Brand Ambassador: Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, reflecting the high standards of Novotel and its commitment to excellence.
  3. Efficient Service Delivery: Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' needs, providing a friendly and welcoming smile.
  4. Building Relationships: Establish a rapport with guests, understanding their preferences and requirements.
  5. Room Orientation: Show guests to their rooms, explaining the operation of any equipment and amenities.
  6. Local Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the hotel's surroundings and be able to direct guests to local attractions and amenities.
  7. Guest Communication: Listen attentively to guests' requests and respond promptly, ensuring their needs are met.
  8. Transportation Assistance: Assist guests with transportation requests, including arranging taxis and other services.
