Key Responsibilities- Luggage Services: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of luggage services, minimizing delays and damage.
- Guest Privacy: Maintain the confidentiality of all guests by adhering to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensuring that all personal data is handled in accordance with Jumeirah standards.
- Security and Compliance: Follow the Payment Card Industry (PCI) policy and procedure, as well as the FRAUD PREVENTION policy and procedure, to maintain the highest level of security and compliance.
- Guest Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints, handling them in accordance with Jumeirah standards.
- Teamwork and Communication: Report for duty punctually, wear the correct uniform and nametag, and maintain open communication with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Guest Information: Stay informed about local events, new restaurants and bars, sports, and sightseeing opportunities, and share this information with the team to enhance the guest experience.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Ensure that all necessary reports and resources are available to perform duties to Jumeirah standards, and maintain accurate records for luggage storage, Check-In and Check-Out, Fax Message deliveries, and other relevant activities.
- Luggage Storage and Transportation: Store guest luggage according to Jumeirah's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and transport it to guest rooms in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring no damage is caused to the luggage or its contents.
- Document Control: Use the department's forms and records according to Jumeirah standards for Document Control.
