Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial partnerships strategy and drive business growth through strategic alliances with financial institutions, banks, and other key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Define and lead partnership strategies with financial institutions, banks, and other key partners to drive business growth and scale our capabilities in the MENA region.
  • Represent the Company: Represent our company externally to partners and C-level counterparts, and work cross-functionally across the MENA region to build strong relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Build and Manage Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, build relationships with key executive counterparts in the financial industry, and serve as a key escalation point in negotiations and discussions with key influencers.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product, technology, sales, legal, finance, and other teams to launch and manage new and existing partnerships, drive the development of our ecosystem, and recruit and manage a high-performing team.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Oversee identification, negotiation, and execution of partnership opportunities and commercial discussions to enable our financial capabilities and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic partnering, negotiations, and executive relationship management, with at least 3-5 years working in payments or financial services in MENA.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of building partnerships and associated revenue in a high-growth organization, demonstrated ability to drive significant increase in revenue through partnerships, and ability to create credible business cases highlighting revenue growth opportunities.
  • Skills: Strong product instincts, ability to identify opportunities to leverage partners' existing and in-development products, and ability to collaborate with product and engineering organizations to build world-class features for users.
  • Leadership: Ability to recruit, manage, and mentor a diverse team of high-performing individuals, and strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to speak to different constituencies.
