Job Summary

EnerMech is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, managing employee records and data, and coordinating employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Populate and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in recruitment-related activities such as screening, reference checks, and formatting resumes into EnerMech format.
  • Organize the monthly HR Payroll report and calculate basic staff entitlements such as annual leave and end-of-service calculations.
  • Coordinate with our PRO to procure, cancel, and track the status of Visas for employees.
  • Maintain and manage the system to apply for employee Visas and Work Permits.
  • Track the probationary period of new hires and help the hiring manager set objectives for the employee.
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to improve HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Draft employment contracts and ensure all forms are signed prior to the employee joining.
Requirements
  • Educated to Higher Level.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience with HR Software.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite.
  • Thorough knowledge of UAE Labor Laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of detail and accuracy.
  • Familiar with the Oil and Gas industry.
  • CHRP Certified.
