The primary focus of this position is to spearhead the business development efforts for Major Projects across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (APM). This includes the New Equipment, Modernization, and Service sectors. You will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives that emphasize customer focus, competitive positioning, market share growth, and profitability. This role will involve collaboration with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Safety and Quality Management
- Champion exceptional performance in Safety and Quality within the Major Projects sector.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies and standards.
Customer Engagement
- Foster a customer-centric culture by understanding market needs and driving early engagement through a consultative approach.
- Ensure customer feedback is integrated into business processes.
Business Performance Oversight
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Major Projects business, focusing on competitiveness, trends, and profitability.
- Analyze business activities, tenders, and contracts to identify issues and implement corrective measures.
- Enhance customer processes and develop sales tools, such as CRM systems.
- Collaborate with regional teams to implement development programs.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and other departments to meet targets and address gaps.

- Proficient in sales management, customer relationship management, and marketing strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project business processes and profitability drivers.
