About the Role
Bausch & Lomb GmbH seeks a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and pipeline health

Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving sales growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
