Strategic Account Manager

At Blue Yonder, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to oversee our most valuable accounts in the Middle East Region. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop effective account plans to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying opportunities for expansion, and developing strategic sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated accounts, ensuring seamless communication and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive revenue growth and expand Blue Yonder's presence within these accounts.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to stay ahead of competitors and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and metrics on sales pipeline progress, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably with a high-growth company.
- Proven track record of success in account management and revenue forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic customer roadmaps.
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience.
