Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Marriott International. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
