Job Title: Appointment Setter

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for distributing benefit enrollment materials, determining eligibility, and handling incoming customer service calls.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
* Handle incoming customer service calls
* Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
* Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests
* Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
* Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies
