Key Responsibilities- Patient Scheduling: Schedule patients to arrive within 10 days of referral or initial contact, ensuring timely and efficient appointment management.
- Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring all necessary information is collected and updated in the medical records system.
- Confidentiality and Security: Ensure patient information is kept confidential and secure, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Patient Follow-up: Track patients with pending and incomplete treatment/session, and bring them back in for additional consultations as necessary.
- Communication: Follow up with patients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure timely and effective communication.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between patients and other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Quality Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in patient care processes and recommend solutions to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
- Education: High School Diploma, with a Secretarial or Administrative certificate preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Customer Service role, with knowledge of Medical Terminologies preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, and skills in cashiering and handling transactions.
- Language: Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
