Job Summary

We One is seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and operate the DP World CAFM & Helpdesk system to manage and resolve customer issues.
  • Receive and categorize customer calls, determining the type and response required.
  • Enter customer details into the CAFM system or SharePoint, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the expected response time and provide updates on the status of their issues.
  • Allocate and assign customer requests to designated resources or service providers, informing relevant parties as necessary.
  • Monitor and escalate issues as required, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support in CAFM and other technology-related activities, as well as data management tasks and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Hours: Full-time
