About Us:

Khidmah is a leading provider of services and solutions. We are seeking a Business Operations Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing marketing and sales events, coordinating with vendors and agencies, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing and events EDMs and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the planning and execution of marketing and sales events.
  2. Coordinate with vendors and agencies to arrange events and roadshows.
  3. Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO) and payment requests (PR) for vendor payments.
  4. Collaborate with marketing and finance departments to ensure timely release of payments.
  5. Maintain accurate records of annual awards, quarterly incentive offers calculations, and related payouts.
  6. Ensure timely delivery of marketing and events EDMs and communications to all stakeholders.
  7. Update and maintain the master event calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate with different stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and maintain the weekly schedule of the broker management team.
  9. Provide regular reports and information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  10. Process new broker registrations and agreement renewals.
  11. Arrange travel arrangements for internal and external staff.
  12. Maintain up-to-date Broker Portal information.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.
  • Experience or knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, Freshworks, etc.
  • Able to create reports in Excel and prepare presentations for management.
  • Capable of managing teams if required.
  • Proficient in Excel VLOOKUP.
  • Ability to join immediately.
