Office Manager

As an Office Manager at ENEC Operations, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, possess excellent organizational skills, and be highly proactive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange appointments and meetings, manage schedules, and prepare travel documents.
• Coordinate meeting preparations, including venue arrangements and invitations.
• Establish and maintain records and filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide complete telephone and correspondence services, reading and analyzing submissions, letters, agendas, memos, and determining significance.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in executive administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the performance of the role.
