Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Description:
Kinetic Business Solutions is searching for a highly skilled Accountant & Administration Assistant to support our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional accounting knowledge and experience in QuickBooks software.
Responsibilities:
- Record all accounting transactions accurately using QuickBooks.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable reviews, annual audit coordination, and preparation of financial reports as needed.
- Manage office supplies procurement by requesting purchase quotations.
- Assist with the annual finance auditing process.
- Support ICV certification procedures.
- Collaborate with the PRO to handle visa and labor processes for employees.
- Address HR-related inquiries, grievances, and compliance with rules and regulations. Provide necessary data for payroll preparation, including absences, bonuses, leaves, and expense notes.
- Oversight of CICPA card application submission and collection.
- Coordinate travel logistics through a travel agency, including flight tickets and hotel bookings.
- Support new employees in completing residence visa requirements, such as medical fitness tests and Emirates ID biometric registrations.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Manage leases, including lease expirations, renewals/extensions, insurance certificates, and internal documentation requests.
- Process documents in SAP Business ByDesign, including project data insertion, sales orders, and goods and services receipt tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Good accounting experience.
- Desirable knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Desirable knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign.
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.
