Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks & assist senior management.

Handle correspondence, prepare reports & coordinate meetings.

Maintain organized filing systems & ensure smooth office operations.

Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements & communication.

Other details:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting in oil & gas.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong English communication & organizational skills.

Candidates with prior experience in ADNOC projects are is a must.

Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment.
