Executive Coordinator Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly proactive, and have a strong ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex schedules, ensuring timely arrangement of travel and conferences.
• Coordinate meeting preparations, including venue arrangements and invitations.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems, anticipating office needs and evaluating new office products.
• Provide complete telephone and correspondence services, reading and analyzing submissions, letters, agendas, memos, and determining significance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in executive administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the performance of the role.
