Talent Pal is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead the sales of white goods across the GCC region, excluding Saudi Arabia. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual who is eager to make a substantial impact in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and effectively promote company products to meet revenue and profit objectives.
- Develop and expand a national sales network, implementing strategic channel initiatives while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Oversee marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation, particularly in markets with weaker distributor presence.
- Identify alternative distribution options and optimize the existing distributor network.
- Ensure the completion of the sales process, including the timely collection of payments.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in the home appliances sector within the UAE or GCC.
- Proven ability to cross-sell and enhance the overall business wallet share.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.
