The Sales Account Manager will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to drive business growth, and providing innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.
This exciting role will see you:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct and indirect methods, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and social media
- Assess and qualify prospects against company criteria to ensure alignment with ideal customers and sales objectives
- Deliver personalized consultations to prospects, highlighting potential solutions and cost benefits
- Enhance your domain expertise to engage in meaningful discussions with prospects
- Prepare and present customized proposals
- Regularly review and analyze sales activity
- Document prospect and customer interactions for effective follow-up
- Predict and forecast sales volumes over relevant time periods
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to design and implement targeted campaigns
- Contribute insights to management on how to enhance the sales process, improve sales performance, and reinforce the company's reputation
- Offer market trend analysis, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to inform business decisions
- Embark on this journey as a representative of the company, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions
