Taif Al Emarat, a leading luxury fragrance brand, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join its team in Dubai. As a key member of the company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative assistance to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication systems, including email and phone protocols, to ensure timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for executives and guests.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Tagalog languages is a plus.
