Site Construction Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:
Precision Hire Solution is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our PMC team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of logistics services for residential villa projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to ensure the timely and efficient movement of labor, plant, and materials around the site.
- Site Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a secure and well-organized site, including the management of workers' accommodation and the development of processes and procedures.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain to ensure the smooth delivery of materials and equipment, and develop lookahead forecasting to minimize delays.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to logistics operations, and develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Communication and Interface: Coordinate with stakeholders, including programme consultants and site teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Assurance: Provide regular reports on logistics activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics management.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in residential villa projects, with a strong understanding of logistics planning, site management, and supply chain management.
- Language and Cultural Competence: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
