Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to ensure the timely and efficient movement of labor, plant, and materials around the site.
- Site Management: Collaborate with the site team to ensure a secure and well-maintained site, with regular logistics meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement of logistics services, including the acquisition of necessary permits and the development of processes and procedures.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with logistics operations, including the development of a detailed risk register and mitigation plan.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on logistics activities, including weekly issue reports and detailed logistics dashboards.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management, with prior experience in residential villa projects as part of a PMC team.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
