We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Admin Officer to join our team at Kershaw Leonard. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates, ensuring seamless recruitment processes and maintaining accurate personnel records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Screen, interview, and test applicants to identify top talent for our clients.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including new hires, vacation, sick, and personal time.
  3. Liaise with our PRO team to manage visa processes, including visas for new recruits, labour card, visa renewals, and cancellations.
  4. Provide comprehensive orientation to new employees, including company policies, benefits, and employment terms.
