About the Position:
We aim to expand the internet beyond traditional reach with our groundbreaking edge sync platform. Powered by peer-to-peer database technology, our platform enables devices to sync data in real-time even without the internet.
We seek a Senior Customer Engineer to assist our Fortune 500 clients in integrating Ditto. You will work closely with highly skilled engineers and developers, encounter various problems, recognize patterns, provide product feedback, contribute to documentation, shape processes, and guide the evolution of the Ditto product.
Responsibilities Include:
- Enablement: Support developers in getting started with Ditto through how-to assets, presentations, and whiteboarding sessions.
- Support: Answer questions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and resolve issues efficiently.
- SUCCESS: Develop new use cases for Ditto and drive adoption of the Ditto platform.
- Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on best practices for developing mobile applications using Ditto at scale.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with backend, frontend, dev ops, design, product, sales, and marketing teams to deliver a premium experience for developers.

- Experience contributing to open-source projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
