Affluent Client Growth Specialist

The Relationship Manager - Priority Banking will be responsible for:
- Client Acquisition: Generating new business through marketing activities, gold center contacts, and existing network.
- Channels Cooperation: Making referrals to other channels based on identified customer needs.
- Service Delivery Management: Monitoring service levels for customer satisfaction, customer retention efforts, and complaint resolution.
- Risk Mitigation: Reviewing credit applications, adhering to laid out processes and procedures, and ensuring appropriate documentation.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks, as well as experience in leading a team of professionals.
