The primary objective of this role is to source and select high-quality candidates for the Transport Sector at KeolisMHI. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness by identifying and selecting the best candidates within required timeframes. Additionally, they will provide support to other sectors' hiring needs when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owns the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
    • Responding to suitable candidates who apply and maintaining a record of rejections.
    • Maintaining a list of talent pools for future candidates, with regular fortnightly contact.
    • Prescreening candidates and attending interviews with Line Managers to ensure the best quality candidates are identified and selected.
    • Drafting interview questions and determining the appropriate interview pack and technique based on the level of the role.
    • Ensuring Line Managers are recruiting within agreed organizational parameters and governance procedures.
    • Ensuring Line Managers are well-equipped to make the right hiring decisions and ensure the end-to-end hiring process is smooth and efficient.
    • Leading the exit interview process, collecting and reporting accurate data, and providing analysis of trends to the HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and contract management.
  • Required to carry out challenging analysis, planning, and implementation associated with their area of expertise.
  • Protecting information assets and data from all threats, whether internal, external, deliberate, or accidental.
  • Liaising with the Onboarding team.
  • Coordinating with Line Managers on the retention plan for staff, including performance and talent review, succession planning, and career path.

Required Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource administration principles and practices.

  • An assertive, complete, and finisher with high-level personal presence and credibility.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally a combination of in-house and agency experience.
  • Extensive experience of successfully identifying candidates through direct sourcing and research is essential.
  • Middle East experience is preferred.
  • Level A&B Psychometric qualified is preferred, with experience in resource forecasting, scheduling, and allocation.

Education:

  • Ideally a degree holder or a holder of a professional qualification in an HR-related discipline, ideally with membership of a recognized professional institution.
  • Professional certification in conducting and interpreting Ability tests and Personality Questionnaires is preferred.
