Job Description

The role of the Sales Executive at Finastra involves managing a significant book of business, with a focus on generating new bookings. Reporting to the Sales VP, the ideal candidate will need to plan and prioritize account management and sales activities to achieve this goal.

  • This includes building and maintaining customer success through active account management, creating opportunities for additional business.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for proactively building relationships with all accounts, expanding their influence within the account base.
Responsibilities

The key deliverables for this role include:

  1. Managing complex enterprise sales processes, working with key stakeholders in product, business line, technology, and procurement.
  2. Using a consultative sales approach to develop account plans and identify specific needs for each bank.
  3. Becoming a trusted advisor and operating as the primary point of contact for Finastra within the assigned book of business.
  4. Building strong relationships both internally and externally.
  5. Active use of CRM for account activity and reporting.
