Enterprise Sales Representative

The role of the Sales Executive at Finastra involves managing a significant book of business, with a focus on generating new bookings. Reporting to the Sales VP, the ideal candidate will need to plan and prioritize account management and sales activities to achieve this goal.
- This includes building and maintaining customer success through active account management, creating opportunities for additional business.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for proactively building relationships with all accounts, expanding their influence within the account base.
The key deliverables for this role include:
- Managing complex enterprise sales processes, working with key stakeholders in product, business line, technology, and procurement.
- Using a consultative sales approach to develop account plans and identify specific needs for each bank.
- Becoming a trusted advisor and operating as the primary point of contact for Finastra within the assigned book of business.
- Building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Active use of CRM for account activity and reporting.
