Role Summary
We are seeking a Revenue Enhancement Leader to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Implement strategies that promote business growth, including developing marketing strategies and conducting presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute business development plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Network with industry professionals to build relationships that can lead to new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and client engagement efforts, making recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the executive search and recruitment teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
- Address and resolve client concerns to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in driving business development and sales, and cultivating lasting client relationships.
- Expertise in clear, persuasive communication and securing win-win deals through sharp negotiation skills.
- A strategic mindset that thrives on solving complex challenges and identifying growth opportunities.
- Deep knowledge of the consulting landscape, combined with an ability to stay ahead of emerging market trends.
- Skilled in crafting and executing innovative strategies that fuel business expansion.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Equally effective as a self-motivated individual contributor or as a collaborative force within high-performing teams.
