Our company is a fast-paced organization seeking an Executive Director to oversee our operations in the MENA region.

This role involves driving business growth, acquiring new enterprise clients, and expanding existing client relationships. The Executive Director will play a critical role in expanding our company's footprint in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead efforts to acquire and activate new enterprise clients across target sectors.
  • Drive growth in existing client accounts, enhancing client relationships.
  • Oversee P&L, marketing, and go-to-market strategies for the MENA region.
  • Ensure the necessary infrastructure and capacity are in place to support regional growth.
  • Represent our company as the face of the business in the MENA region.

**Requirements:**

  • 10-15 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales or growth-focused leadership roles in APAC or MENA.
  • Proven track record of securing large-scale enterprise deals and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial experience or a background in human capital, consulting, or talent sectors is a plus.
  • Strong network and relationships with senior-level stakeholders in the region.
  • Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Arabic speaker would be a bonus
  • Ability to work remotely and eventually build a team around them for the MENA.
