Administrative Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Accounting Specialist to join our team at TREC Recruitment. As an Administrative Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Administration: Provide administrative support to our accounting team, including data entry, record-keeping, and financial reporting.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Office Management: Ensure the efficient operation of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and administration.
- Skills: Proficiency in Zoho Books and strong knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi.
