Key Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within recruitment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Quick decision-making and strong organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
