Scheduling and Registration

As a Patient Access Representative, you will perform scheduling, registration, and admission activities, gathering demographic, insurance, and other information from patients and accurately entering it into our hospital information system (HIS).

Financial Eligibility and Document Completion

You will verify financial eligibility and ensure completion of supported documents/approvals upon scheduling/registration activities completion, ensuring seamless patient flow.

Billing and Reconciliation

Our Patient Access Representative will perform billing, reconciliation, and cashier activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient accounts.

Multitasking and Adaptability

You will be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Performance Targets and Development

Our ideal candidate will develop and meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, contributing to the growth and success of our team.

Ongoing Training and Development
