Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar field, with a strong background in technical support and implementation.
  3. Travel and Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work extra hours when needed, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Technical Skills: Experience in database engines (Oracle, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL), operating systems (Linux, MS Windows), and cloud infrastructure orchestration tools (Kubernetes, HashiCorp Nomad).
  5. Application Servers and DevOps: Working experience in application servers (Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere) and knowledge of DevOps techniques (CI/CD, Helm, Ansible).
  6. Directory Services and Communication: Knowledge of directory services (AD, LDAP) and excellent personal skills, including professional communication, verbal and written.
  7. Teamwork and Initiative: Details-oriented and a team player, with initiative and self-management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Time Management and Results: Strong time management and result-oriented skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Experience:
  1. Enterprise Environments: Experience in large enterprise environments with an emphasis on payments and remittance solutions.
  2. Cloud Computing and Virtualization: Experience in cloud computing, virtualization technologies, storage, and network infrastructure.
  3. High Availability and Disaster Recovery: Implementation experience of high availability and disaster recovery, backup and recovery strategies.
  4. PKI Infrastructure and Certificate Authorities: Knowledge of PKI infrastructure and certificate authorities.
  5. Database Engines and Server Operating Systems: Knowledge of database engines (MySQL, NoSQL databases) and server and client operating systems (Linux distros, MS Windows).
  6. Object Storage Management: Knowledge of object storage management.
  7. Security Authentication and Authorization: Knowledge of security authentication and authorization solutions (HashiCorp Vault, Keycloak).
  8. Cloud-based Solution Infrastructure: Knowledge of cloud-based solution infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, IBM).
