Job Description

The Reservations Supervisor will support the Reservations Manager in driving the performance of the reservations team on property. This includes ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to, maintaining and improving reservations operations for high accuracy, maximizing revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in hotel reservation and rooms division, be familiar with hotel operations technology and distribution channels. They should understand regional and local market dynamics, competitors and events in the destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve reservations operations for high accuracy
  • Maximize revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor daily arrivals for all guest requests
  • Manage inventory, including allotments, group blocks and rate codes

Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in hotel reservation and rooms division
  • Familiarity with hotel operations technology and distribution channels
