  1. Evaluate daily reservation accuracy, rate compliance from segment and source, and system close-out when necessary.
  2. Maintain client satisfaction and adhere to Kempinski service standards.
  3. Implement internal credit policy.
  4. Follow up on lost business opportunities and report them to department superiors.
  5. Verify reservations made the previous day and check VIP arrivals.
  6. Test calls LQA / IFH results.
  7. Promote the internal up-sell programme for Reservations department.
  8. Perform additional duties assigned by management.
