Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to recommend product enhancements or new product offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively promoting and selling products to customers.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships through regular visits and meetings.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Years of work experience: 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • Language requirements: Fluency in the local language and good command of English.
  • Technical and hard skills: Proficiency in using sales software and tools, such as CRM systems.
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Personal qualities and physical abilities: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and physically fit for regular market visits.
