As a Senior Sales Executive at Al Rostamani Group LLC, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs. Your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer service will enable you to identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the UAE market, a proven track record of sales success, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and analyze market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication, account management, and value-added services
  • Negotiate deals, handle objections, and close sales
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales initiatives, promotions, and events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE market
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
