Property Handover Coordinator

The Property Handover Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient handover process for customers, meeting and assisting them with their queries regarding their properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Handover Process
- Develop and share the handover process with the developer
- Set up an online handover booking system for customers to schedule appointments
- Transfer utility accounts, including DEWA, to the unit owner before final handover clearance
- Conduct property snags and inspections using in-house software
- Upload floor plans for every unit into the Snag Report App
- Unit Handover Process
- Welcome customers at the scheduled handover appointment and hand over properties professionally
- Conduct visual inspections of units with customers, providing inspection reports with photographs and descriptions of snags
- Produce individual reports for every unit in PDF format and deliver them to the assigned coordinator
- Hand over keys and access cards after receiving written confirmation from the developer
- Identify snags on the Snag Report into two categories: Urgent Snags and Normal Snags
- Hand over the key handover acknowledgment to the developer, marking the end of Kaizen's handover scope for the unit
- Book appointments for title deed transfer at the Sharjah Land Department
- Assist in the process of utility transfer
- Maintain communication logs and records related to the handover process
- Prepare minutes of meetings
- Dispatch the Completion Notice to customers on time
- Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Excellent customer service skills
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in handover
