Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Operations
    • Oversee the planning, preparation, and presentation of all food and beverage services.
    • Ensure high-quality food products and presentation standards are consistently met.
    • Develop and implement new menu concepts and promotions to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the kitchen budget, ensuring cost control and profitability.
    • Monitor food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to optimize kitchen efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Guest Satisfaction
    • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through consistent high-quality food and service.
    • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
    • Develop and implement procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards or concerns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in the culinary field, with a minimum of 2-3 years in an Executive Chef role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing culinary teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, marketplace trends, and service standards.
  • Strong creative drive with specific strengths in quality production and innovative style.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
