About the Role
As a Sales and Relationship Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business development in our Priority Banking team.

We are seeking an experienced sales and relationship manager with a strong background in handling all banking and investment products. You will lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values within your team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals
- Managing interdepartmental deliverables and networking to ensure effective collaboration
- Maintaining accurate records of sales MIS, including calls, prospects, attritions, and business done
- Providing professional customer service and resolving customer complaints efficiently

About Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and relationship management, who is able to adapt to a multi-cultural environment and has a good understanding of the business environment in UAE. You will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as leadership ability and a passion for building enthusiasm and team spirit.

You will also need to have:
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets and financial planning
- SCA certification (or completion of certificate within 6 months)
- Computer literacy at the user level
