Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at the Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay. As a key member of our Front Office team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, supervising daily operations, and driving team performance to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate Front Office operations to ensure efficient guest service delivery
- Manage guest preferences and entitlements to exceed brand standards
- Establish effective communication networks to inform departments on guest service and hotel operations
- Lead and motivate the Guest Experience Specialists team to deliver outstanding service
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel environment
- Supervisory experience in managing guest expectations and driving team performance
- Excellent English communication skills, with additional languages a plus
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with guests and colleagues
