Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at the Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay. As a key member of our Front Office team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, supervising daily operations, and driving team performance to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate Front Office operations to ensure efficient guest service delivery
  • Manage guest preferences and entitlements to exceed brand standards
  • Establish effective communication networks to inform departments on guest service and hotel operations
  • Lead and motivate the Guest Experience Specialists team to deliver outstanding service
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel environment
  • Supervisory experience in managing guest expectations and driving team performance
  • Excellent English communication skills, with additional languages a plus
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with guests and colleagues
