Job Title: Revenue Management Director

Join Accor as a Revenue Management Director and take on the challenge of driving hotel profits to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading strategic planning and collaborating with all hotel profit generation teams to actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Strategic Planning: Develop and implement revenue management strategies that maximize hotel profits, while ensuring alignment with Accor's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Hotel Teams: Work closely with hotel profit generation teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective solutions.
  • Optimize Pricing and Availability: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and availability strategies, ensuring the hotel remains competitive and profitable.
  • Manage Channel Distribution: Direct and manage all channel distribution strategies, evaluating new business opportunities related to booking channels.
  • Lead Performance Reviews: Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute, measure, evaluate, and improve digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with hotel strategic marketing plans.
  • System Ownership: Oversee the management of RMS, CRS, Rate shopping system, TravelCLICK products, and hotel-specific platforms, ensuring data quality and system hygiene.
  • Content Management: Oversee content management in all electronic channels, ensuring regular updates of images and descriptions of hotel, room brands, outlets, and services.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with GRC and Distribution service teams, as well as local market competitors to stay informed of trends and news.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate, lead, coach, and manage all aspects of team members' performance towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with hotel teams, stakeholders, and guests.
  • Dynamic Can-Do Attitude: A dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and revenue data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Presents a Professional Appearance: A professional and polished appearance, with the ability to effectively represent Accor in a hotel setting.
  • Previous Reservation Experience: Previous reservation experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Experience with RMS and PMS: Experience with RMS and PMS systems, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Organized and Multi-Tasking: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Confidentiality and Integrity: The ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Physical Demands:
  • Focus on Guest Needs: The ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Occasional Standing and Walking: Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 20lbs.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics, preferably with a strong focus on revenue management.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years of revenue management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
